Yes, Borenos Fried Chicken is fully Halal-certified by JAKIM, Malaysia’s official Halal authority. You can dine with confidence knowing every meal is prepared in accordance with Islamic dietary laws.
All ingredients, including chicken, flour, spices, sauces, and oils, are sourced only from Halal-certified suppliers approved by JAKIM. We perform regular compliance checks to ensure continued adherence.
No, Borenos strictly serves 100% Halal food and beverages. No pork, alcohol, or non-Halal items are used or stored in any of our outlets.
The Full Spring Chicken is cooked to order, ensuring it’s freshly made upon each customer’s request. This allows us to serve you a delicious and freshly prepared meal.
To serve your food quickly and accurately, this customised option is not encouraged during peak hours. However, if you prefer to do so, requested chicken parts are subject to availability.
We serve battered fillets that are made from Alaska Pollock fish, which are found mostly in the north of the Pacific Ocean.
A Full Spring Chicken typically serves around 2 to 4 people depending on the individual appetite & portion preferences.

There is no minimum headcount required. However, there is a minimum spending of RM350 required to book a party.

We have a policy of non-refundable deposits for cancellation of bookings. However, you have the option to purchase items that are redeemable with food using the deposit amount, valid within SIX (6) months from the date of booking.
